Client Praise for Debra Fine:

“Many people told me we should have given you twice as much time. In the eight years that we have sponsored this Conference, you proved to be our most popular luncheon speaker. The response was simply overwhelming.”

Melodye A. Turek, President Colorado Safety Association

“Your workshop had immediate results – our specialists walked out of the classroom with more confidence in their communication skills and a better understanding of how to strengthen customer relationships. You did a great job of tailoring the presentation to our specific needs. Your ability to address the communication objectives of our employees made believers out of a potentially skeptical group of people.”

US Department of Transportation

“Our capacity crowd was the highest at an AMA program in two years! Many people I spoke with following the program complimented the humorous and realistic way in which you approached the topic of conversational skills – a very relevant topic with holiday networking functions upon us. The way in which you interacted with and involved the audience was fantastic, and it broughthome the point of personal connection and name recognition that you made in your presentation.”

American Marketing Association

“We heartily thank you for your part in this. Your workshop was the hottest topic at the convention! Of the 22 sessions offered, attendees came out of your session buzzing with excitement! When can you come back? From the feedback received, our independent business owners want more!

You made it so easy to accommodate your need, yet you are a master of your craft. We couldn’t ask for a better arrangement! Thank you for enriching our lives, Debra!”

Conklin

“It is rare that someone in a short period of time can have such a great impact on a group. You accomplished this feat extremely well. Demonstrating conversational skills and techniques that build rapport and relationships in both social and business situations is key to success. You gave all of us a learning gift in a meaningful, humorous, and creative way.”

Amerus Group

“We were very pleased to have you as a featured presenter at the 2004 National Conference on Student Retention in New Orleans, attended by some 1100 educators from more than 485 colleges and universities. Many of this year’s presenters have asked for participants’ evaluations. Your presentation titled ‘The Fine Artof Small Talk’ received evaluations with a score of 3.94 out of 4. Based on the high marks and attendance, we consider the conference to have been a highly successful learning experience that is likely to continue attracting a growing following in the years to come. Thank you for helping us make this year’s NCSR on of the very best ever.”

Noel-Levitz

“Your presentation, while delivered in a very humorous and light manner, provided us with very valuable guidelines and suggestions to enable our sellers to better communicate with their clients. It was a pleasure to meet you and have you address our group.”

Dispatch Broadcast Group

“I want to thank you again, on behalf of all of us at Hinckley, Allen & Snyder, for the terrific presentation you gave us in May. I can honestly say that many of those present made it a point to come up to me after the event to tell me how much they enjoyed what you had to say and they found the information meaningful and useful. And this is a tough group to please!”
